Coursework Requirement

依據「國立清華大學外國學生修讀華語課程實施要點」，碩士班外國學生應於畢業前修畢 4 學分，其畢業離校期限依本校「碩士學位考試細則」辦理。

According to the "Mandarin Course Requirements for NTHU International Students", foreign master's students must complete 4 credits before graduation. The deadline for leaving school after graduation will be processed according to the university's " National Tsing Hua University’s Master’s Degree Examination Measures."

專業選修 Professional Core Courses	半導體及IC設計相關專業課程 Professional courses in semiconductor fabrication and IC design	24	至少4門課12學分碩士班課程。至多4門課12學分學士班課程。碩士班學生經其指導教授及系主任同意，可調整學分比例。依合作企業及指導教授要求修課 At least 4 courses (12 credits) must be taken from graduate-level courses. Up to 4 courses (12 credits) can be taken from undergraduate-level courses. Students may adjust the credit distribution with the approval of their advisor and the department chair. Students must take courses based on the requirements set by their partner company and academic advisor.
最低畢業學分 Minimum Total Requirement		24-28
專班要求 Additional Requirement	中文程度須達A2級始能畢業。 Students must reach at least an A2 level in Chinese proficiency to graduate.

*本國大學畢業之學生已修畢並取得學分之學士班課程，在相同科號、相同課程名稱與相同授課教師的情況下，不得於碩士班入學、重覆修習後申請將該課程學分計入碩士班畢業學分數。 For students who have graduated from domestic universities in Taiwan and have already completed and obtained credits for undergraduate courses, the credits from courses with the same course code, title, and instructor cannot be counted toward the master's degree graduation credits if retaken after enrolling in the master's program.
